Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Warm‑Weather Shipping (If Applicable)

If your products are temperature‑sensitive (cookies, chocolate, etc.), we may use insulated packaging or recommend expedited shipping during warmer months to ensure freshness and quality.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver to: Surrounding areas of Richardson
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers or product types.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
